Position Overview
Doppio – a leading Infor Alliance and Preferred Delivery Partner in North America – is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Executive to drive net-new Infor solution sales opportunities at strategic accounts. Specifically, we are looking for a hunter, skilled in generating leads, opening doors, developing and managing partnerships while pitching and closing new business.

This person will report directly to and work closely with the CEO and collaborate with other Infor team members in support of partnership development, presales and solution marketing. Prior sales experience at Infor Global Solutions is a requirement.

More specifically, here is what you will be doing:
This is a highly visible position within the organization and overall marketplace. You will work closely with internal as well as external leadership teams to express the vision and value of Doppio’s service along with Infor and third party solution offerings. More specifically, responsibilities will include:

Solution Lead Generation
  • Partnering with our CEO to develop and execute strategic sales plans and GTM strategy, to achieve revenue targets by leading demos and client communication.
  • Understanding the competitive landscape, including industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure that you can position Doppio in a compelling manner with prospective clients.
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients in need of Infor M3 migration, conversion, implementation, and support services through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Co-owning Doppio CRM for building and managing a pipeline that will help ensure a steady stream of billable work for the delivery teams.
  • Developing and managing relationships as a key Infor partner, enabling a way to best understand how the M3 product is evolving and receive timely insights that will keep Doppio at the forefront of cloud service providers
  • Creating initial statements of work (SOW) and generate proposals for internal review to successfully close new accounts for new projects
Strategic Selling
  • Developing, nurturing, and growing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target and new organizations over the timeline set.
  • Working closely with prospective clients (net new and existing) to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Keys to success will be understanding their business needs and challenges to effectively position our solutions and services in statements of work (SOW) .  
  • Initially creating SOWs and proposal presentations to address client-specific business and technical requirements.
    • Demonstrating the detailed description of our services and ensuring seamless hand-offs from sales to pre-sales, to customer success and the delivery team.
  • Presenting and articulating the benefits of our services to prospective clients and partners. Addressing questions and objections effectively in order to close deals.
    Providing proactive thought leadership to prospective (and landed) clients to help further evolve Doppio’s reputation in the market.
  • Negotiating profitable and strategic deals - This measure of success includes collaborating with those estimating the projects to ensure a good understanding of proposal economics and what elements should be adjusted, if needed, within established parameters.
Miscellaneous Information
  • Co-managing the Infor Alliance partnership evolving in FY 2025-26 to affirm pre-sales activities and overall engagement as an Infor delivery partner.
  • Sharing what you learn in the field with senior leadership to ensure that Doppio’s strategy reflects the evolution of the industry. This includes developing appropriate and compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.  
  • Collaborating with the project execution leader who helps the team that is involved in generating new business and expanding Doppio’s footprint within current clients.  
    This includes maintaining CRM for accurate net new leads and timely records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status to ensure leadership has an accurate view of the business and also to help inform strategic planning.
  • Developing customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establishing, documenting, and maintaining solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
  • Providing insight and input to the Marketing team to refine Marketing activities and messaging.
  • Collaborating with the Client Success team to ensure a “white glove” transition to the Delivery team that sets them up for success.

Now, let’s talk about you.
  • 10+ years experience in technology services sales, selling industry specific solutions in the context of industry and user requirements.
  • 5+ years experience with Infor sales for CloudSuite ERP + edge applications.  
  • Basic training on MEDDPICC methodology to support current sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of closing sales to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets, driving revenue growth in the Infor sales channels.
  • Uses a solution selling approach, truly understanding the client’s business pain points and positions Doppio to demonstrate a solution that draws from our partner products and Doppio’s customization, etc.
  • Experience in professional services for an enterprise software company, ideally a full service applications consultancy with Infor related services.
  • Specialized knowledge pertaining to ERP-integrated solutions & services.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with strong negotiation skills as well as exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical people.
  • Enjoys and excels at collaborating with people who have a wide-range of skill sets.
  • Relentless executor, extremely adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacious and energized by hunting.
  • Able and open to travel ~35% throughout the US and Canada.
